I’m not sure if it is part of our genetic makeup but almost everyone who is shown a resume seems to feel compelled to make a suggestion as to how to make it “better”.

Are we embarrassed at telling someone that we can’t even make a teeny weenie suggestion that can help them in their job search, when by making such a suggestion we could only add to the pressure and confusion they are feeling today.
